1990 Suzuki VX 800 Electrical Charging Rotor Flywheel
- The Charging Rotor or Flywheel is bolted to the end of the engine crankshaft, typically located under the Left Side engine cover. The Rotor is lined with a series of permanent magnets. As it rotates on the end of the crank, it induces a current in the Stator, which in turn charges the battery.
- A used Charging Rotor is guaranteed to be perfectly round and undamaged, with all permanent magnets in place.
